Preliminary results from Kyrgyzstan's presidential election show that Sadir Zaparoff has won with the highest votes
Sadir Zaparoff has received 80 percent of votes, according to partial results. Sadir Zaparoff was jailed for holding political rival hostage.
Now Sadir Zaparoff is set to take over the presidency after a vote to amend constitution. Kyrgyzstan is in crisis after parliamentary elections in October.
