Chairman of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that debate within party is only for the sake of law and order.
Introducing former Congress MP Kauser Shah at the party office in Dhumbarahi on Saturday, Prachanda said that there was only a debate on what kind of economic policy, what political norms to follow and what kind of code of conduct to follow in order to move forward in the journey of socialism.
He said that the debate within the party was only natural to establish law and order. Stating that the constitution envisions a socialist-oriented state, Prachanda said that the responsibility of building a socialist-oriented state also lies with the Communist Party.
Stating that the journey of economic development of the country would be paved through this system to protect and strengthen the republic, Prachanda said that the power to face the challenge was only within the Communist Party.
Entering the party, Shah said that they had left the party as the Congress leadership was incompetent and thoughtless. He has accused the Congress of failing to make BP's views party principles.
He also accused the Congress of failing to unite despite having factions and sub-factions. Shah became a member of parliament in the second Constituent Assembly election in 2070 BS on behalf of the Congress. Along with him, 109 people had joined the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).
