Former Nepali Ambassador to India Deep Kumar Upadhya has said that Nepal has failed diplomatically by trying to manage political relations through intelligence agencies.
Former Nepali Ambassador to India Upadhya was speaking at a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union Kapilvastu branch in Toulihawa.
Upadhya said that it was a serious matter for Samant Goyal, head of India's intelligence agency RAW, who had been managing Nepal's politics in the past, to meet at political level to question Nepal's international status and diplomacy.
Former Nepali Ambassador to India Upadhya said that it was a mysterious and serious matter for Prime Minister of Nepal to be intimidated by the intelligence agency RAW.
As the dialogue between RAW chief and Prime Minister is a serious matter, Prime Minister said that general public should be informed about the dialogue through Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
