Youths have protested against rape and sexual violence at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu.
Protestors staged a protest at Maitighar Mandala on Saturday saying that the government was saddened by the recent increase in incidents of rape and murder in different parts of the country.
Protestors chanted slogans like "Government has been found, justice has not been found, rapist should be hanged, government must listen to us, rapist must be punished".
Protestors said that the government should take immediate steps to solve the problem as they were living in fear and panic saying that no one was safe as the number of rape cases was increasing.
Protestors also chanted slogans saying that the government should hang the rapist but should stick it on its forehead.
