While handing over the assistance, Minister Bhattarai said that he was very impressed by Khatun's confidence. Minister Bhattaarai asked her to deposit the help he has given now in the bank and spend it while studying medicine in future.

'Minister Bhattarai said, that he would have a lifelong relationship with acid victim Khatun not only in difficult times but also in her happy times.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had called the victim to Baluwatar a few days ago and promised to make all arrangements for her education. Minister Bhattarai has been using the money for social and philanthropic work as there is no point in spending on birthday parties.
