In Japan, locals in storm-affected areas have been instructed to evacuate.
More than 1.1 million locals in the southwestern part of the country were instructed on Monday to relocate immediately.
They have been recommended to move to Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto and Kagoshima, according to government officials.
Typhoon Haishen, which hit Japan last Sunday night, has caused severe damage in places including Kyushu in southwestern Japan.
The typhoon has so far injured at least 50 people and affected 500,000 households.
