Ayurvedic herb Gurjo planting increased

The use of multipurpose ayurvedic herb gourd, which develops immunity to coronavirus infection, is on the rise.

150 Gurjo have been planted in the Guheshwari premises of the office of the empowered Bagmati Civilization Integrated Development Committee on Saturday.

MP Krishna Rai, former chief secretary and Lilamani Poudel and other Bagmati cleaning campaigners also participated in Gurjo planting program.

Chief Tax Officer of the Inland Revenue Office Lahan Kamal Bahadur Rajalwat had provided Gurjo to the office of the empowered Bagmati.

Committee has stated that Gurjo will be planted in the riverside settlements from Sundarijal to Baneshwor.

MP Krishna Rai informed that Gurjo planting program has been organized in Nepal to encourage the planting of plants used as Ayurvedic medicine.

MP Krishna Rai said that the use of gurjo has increased to increase the disease resistance of the machine.

Botanists have been saying that Gurjo develops immunity in the human body, enhances physical capacity as well as removes frozen disorders in the body and makes people healthy.
