The Board Examinations of Grade 11 has been cancelled. The Curriculum Development and Evaluation Council has decided to provide marksheets to students on the basis of internal evaluations of students.
The responsibility of making the criteria for internal evaluation has been given to the National Examinations Board. The Board used to conduct the examinations of grade 11.
The spokesperson of the Curriculum Development Center, Mr Ganesh Prashad Bhattarai said that the examinations to be conducted by the Board was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
He added that the concerned schools would give scores to the students after the Board publishes the criteria. It has already been decided to provide marksheets according to internal evaluations to grade 10 students.
There has been no decision for grade 12 yet. Since it is the final exam of the school level, it has been said that their exams would be conducted in an appropriate time.
The internal evaluation scores of grade 10 students are being collected and their results are going to be published after Shrawan 15.
