A clash has broken out between inmates at Dilli Bazaar Prison Office in Kathmandu
Some inmates have been injured in clashes between the inmates over the issue of keeping a guard and the canteen of the prison leaving their belongings behind. All the belongings inside the jail have been vandalized during the clash.
According to the prison, the clash may have taken place due to lack of relatives and lack of money. According to the police, the inmates even chanted slogans inside the jail.
It is said that the demonstration was held by locking the prison office from inside. A large number of police were mobilized after the incident.
