A Covid vaccine has been offered to residents in all care homes of England. Prime Minister Boris Johnson described the achievement as a "crucial milestone" for the country.
NHS has set the date of 15 February for the UK to vaccinate care home residents and carers, and frontline care workers.
On Saturday a record 598,389 first jabs were given across the UK which means nearly nine million people have received the first dose of a vaccine, with about 490,000 having received two jabs.
