The 37th Annual Mani Dhungyur is being held in Nala monastery. Retreat is also known as Mani Puja where joint accumulation of six syllable mantra. Mani puja started this saturday, 22nd february.
Mani Dhundrub Puja held in Dhagpo Sheydrub Ling, Nala, Nepal. Puja is being led by Ven. Maniwa Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche who is head of the monastery.
Mani Puja held in Dhagpo Sheydrub Ling (Nala) is Streaming Live from facebook page and youtube channel. Due to pandemic physical gathering is prohibited in Nepal.
Thus as alternative live streaming is carried out live so that disciples from all around the world can participate.
Mantra accumulated can be submitted online for disciples all around. Mani Dhundrub Organizing Committee (Nanti) will be collecting count of "Om Mani Padme Hung '' mantra recitation every day from 7am to 10am at Amideva Buddha Park, Swayambhu.
First day of Mani Dhungyur Puja was held at an accumulated 2,00,65,300 from Amidheva Buddha Park, Swayambhu.
There are 875 registered participants in Amidheva Buddha Park. From other parts of Nepal 1,56,18,000 accumulation was made.
50 online participants accumulated 5,73,222 and 13,14,100 accumulation was made in the Physical presence of Rinpoche, Khenpo, Tulkus, drupon with 100 plus monks from Gonpa itself.
Devotees from all around the world can participate in this puja via live streaming. Anyone can Follow Facebook pages; Dhagpo Sheydrub ling and Maniwa Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche and take part in Mani Puja.
Devotees can participate through Dhagpo Sheydrub ling Youtube Channel. The program is sponsored and organized by Manang Mani Dhungyur social service committee.
Puja will conclude on 4th of March. Every year monastery targets accumulating 100 million Mani mantra of lord of Compassion, Avalokiteswar. Mani retreat is dedicated for world peace and harmony.
