Speaking at a press conference organized by the Nepal Press Union Kapilvastu branch in Toulihawa, Sangraula clarified that the party had launched a ward-level protest against the unconstitutional dissolution of the House of Representatives.
She said that the Nepali Congress has given priority to protect the constitution. The video of former Speaker Subash Nemwang and Attorney General Agni Kharel discussing the issue of not dissolving the parliament has come to the fore.
Sangraula added that dissolvement of the parliament is a matter of debate in Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court and Congress believes that the decision would be based on the constitution of the country.
