Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Wednesday on the 13th death anniversary of Shyamlal Shrestha, former district president and former central member of the Nepali Congress, said that there is no guarantee that the government would dissolve the parliament against the constitution.
He further added that the Prime Minister had acted unconstitutionally to secure his seat. Leader Singh also opined that Oli was trying to impose communist rule in the country by deciding to dissolve the parliament.
On the occasion, Leader Singh suggested that the Congress should retaliate by making a clear stand on the issue of dissolution of the parliament.
