The Nepali Congress (NC) has appealed to the leaders and cadres to come to the streets to make the anti-government protests in all 77 districts across the country.
A meeting of Nepali Congress office bearers held at the residence of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Budhanilkantha on Thursday for discussion on how to organize the protest against the government on December 14 appealed to make the protest a success.
Speaking after the meeting, Congress spokesperson Bishwaprakash Sharma said that the party has decided to appeal to all its well-wishers and leaders who want to put pressure on the government to take to the streets.
Deuba called on the people to take to the streets against government, saying that the government was still focused on the power struggle and corruption was on the rise after the formation of the current government.
