Gold has risen by Rs 500 per ounce in local market today. Chhapawala gold, which was traded at Rs 90,000 per ounce on Monday, has risen by Rs 500 to Rs 90,500 today.
Similarly, price of acid gold, which was traded at Rs 89,550 per ounce on Monday, has been fixed at Rs 90,050 today, according to Federation of Nepali Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs.
Acid gold also rose by 500 per cent. Similarly, silver was traded at Rs 1,155 per ounce. Silver, which was traded at Rs 1,120 per tola on Monday, has risen by Rs 35 per tola today.
