Indian Army Chief Narawane arrives in Kathmandu

Indian Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narawane has arrived in Kathmandu. Narawane arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday on an Indian Air Force plane.

According to a Tribhuvan International Airport source, Narawane arrived in Kathmandu with his visiting team and two planes.

Chief of Army Staff General Narawane has arrived in Nepal for a three-day visit at the formal invitation of Chief of Army Staff Purnachandra Thapa.

Narawane has come to Nepal to receive honorary title of Maharathi of Nepal Army in the tradition of awarding honorary Maharathi status to each other's military chiefs between Nepal Army and Indian Army.
