No Objection Letter (NOC) is required for those returning from Oman on leave. Nepali embassy in Oman said in a statement that Oman had earlier made NOC mandatory for Nepali workers on leave to enter Oman, but now it is not required.
According to the embassy, as per the recent decision of Oman government, NOC has not to be taken.
