Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petrol. On Tuesday, the corporation informed that the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 2 per liter.
The increased price will take effect after 12 midnight on Tuesday. With that increase, the price of petrol has now reached Rs 107 per liter.
Prices of diesel, kerosene, cooking LP gas and aviation fuel will remain unchanged, the corporation said.
Even after the price adjustment, petrol is cheaper by Rs 32.26 per liter and diesel at Rs 36.75 per liter in the Birgunj area of Nepal, which is connected to the Indian border with Raxaul.
