Sandeep joins Jamaica's second win

Jamaica have clinched their second victory in the Caribbean Premier League. Taking a wicket for the fourth time in a row, Sandeep took a wicket against Guyana Amazon Warriors on Wednesday.

Jamaica met the target of 109 runs set by the Warriors by losing 5 wickets in 18 overs. Narkumha Bonner scored an unbeaten 30, Glenn Phillips 26, Jairman Balkwood and Andre Russell 23 runs apiece. In bowling, Warriors team's Navin Ul Haq took the most 2 wickets.

Guyana, batting first, could add only 108 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. Ross Taylor was the top scorer with 23 runs. In bowling, Jamaica's Sandeep took one wicket while another spinner, Mujib Ur Rehman, took three wickets in four overs. He became the player of the match after spending only 11 runs.

In bowling, Jamaican batsmen Mujibur Rahman, Fidil Idrvas took 3 and 3 wickets, Sandeep Lamichhane and Andre Russell took 1 and 1 wickets respectively.
