It has been decided to impose a ban on movement and operation of services in three districts of Kathmandu Valley from 12 midnight today. The decision was taken at a meeting of the security committee comprising the chief district officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts.
According to an official who participated in the meeting, it has been decided to issue a restraining order from 12 midnight from Bhadra 3, for a week. After the ban, services other than essential services will be closed.
