Prabhu Capital and Samridhi Capital merged

Prabhu Capital and Samridhi Capital have merged and started integrated business from Monday.

After the merger of two institutions working as merchant bankers, the name has been changed to Prabhu Capital. After the merger, the company's authorized capital is Rs 1 billion and paid-up capital is Rs 81.71 crore.

Inaugurating the consolidated business, Chairman of the Nepal Securities Board Bhishma Raj Dhungana said Prabhu Capital would make a significant contribution to the capital market by providing quality services.

Pointing out the fact that only an institution that can show its ability and capability can remain in the market, Prabhu Capital will also make its strong position in the capital market, said Dhungana.

Prabhu Group Chairman Devi Prakash Bhattachan said that the political situation in the country would affect the economic sector, adding that there should be a stable government, a positive and strong attitude towards the economic sector for the development of the economic sector.
