President Bidyadevi Bhandari has concluded the current session of the Federal Parliament.
It is mentioned in the letter sent by President Bhandari to the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament that both the sessions of the Federal Parliament will end at 5 pm on Thursday on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
The budget session of the parliament started on 26 April. Earlier, an emergency meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar on Thursday had decided to end the budget session of the parliament.
Before making the decision, Prime Minister KP Oli had consulted with the President. There is an arrangement for the President to convene and end the parliamentary session on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
