Negative news from all over the world has made our thoughts negative making it more difficult and turning the lockdown into mental breakdown.

Positive thinking is not a fairy-magic, which will make all of your worries and problems disappear but it certainly will make your problems seem solvable, manageable and help you approach hardships in a more positive and productive way.
