Eleven smaller parties including CPN-Masal, CPN-Revolutionary Maoist, Rastriya Janamorcha and Deshbhakta Ganatantrik Morcha staged a protest in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
They protested at Kathmandu's Maitighar on Tuesday, saying the bill was against the country's interest. The party has stated that it is planning to pass the bill on the basis of ensuring the full support of the Congress.
The exhibition also displayed placards with slogans demanding the repeal of the MCC agreement. The government was warned not to do anything that would jeopardize the independence and self-respect of Nepal and Nepalese as the ACC agreement was a treasonous agreement.
