Corona infection has been confirmed in 586 people in Nepal on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the highest number of cases has been reported in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the number of corona infections in Nepal has exceeded 7,000. According to the ministry, most corona infections have been confirmed in Mahottari in the last 24 hours.

According to the spokesperson of the Ministry, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, 200 infected people have been added in Mahottari alone. Similarly, 127 in Rautahat, 38 in Pyuthan, 4 in Udayapur, 1 in Siraha, 9 in Morang, 2 in Jhapa, 26 in Dhanusha, 7 in Bara, 7 in Kapilvastu, 7 in Rupandehi, 6 in Sarlahi, 12 in Archakhanchi, 1 in Kailali, 3 in Parbat, 17 in East Nawalparasi and 26 in Gulmi.

One in Banke, 31 in Bardiya, eight in Dang, 25 in Salyan, two in Surkhet, two in Dailekh, 14 in Kalikot and seven in Kanchanpur. Similarly, another person died due to corona, said spokesperson Gautam.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a 46-year-old woman from Banke Baijnath-6 died due to corona, said spokesperson Gautam.

The woman, who was admitted to Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital on July 12 due to kidney problems, died on the evening of June 20.Ministry spokesperson Gautam said that the report was received only on the 2nd, even though his body was collected for the corona test on the 1st.
