The Ministry of Health has confirmed corona infection in another 463 people in Nepal on Sunday.
A regular press conference was organized by the Ministry of Health and Population on Sunday. Spokesperson, Jageshwor Gautam informed that corona infection has been confirmed in 463 more people in the last 24 hours.
He informed that the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 12,772 with the addition of new infected people. According to the ministry, 11,298 men and 1,474 women have been infected.
A total of 179 people, including 13 women, have been discharged in the last 24 hours, said spokesperson Gautam. He also informed that 3,013 infected people have returned home after treatment in Nepal so far.
According to the ministry, there are 61,731 people in various quarantines across the country. Similarly, 9,731 people are being treated in isolation of various hospitals. So far, 215,839 corona tests have been done in Nepal using PCR method.
Similarly, 296,766 people have been tested by RDT method, according to the ministry.
