Another 538 people were infected with the corona virus in Nepal last Tuesday. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, an additional 538 people tested positive for the corona virus during laboratory tests in different parts of the country.
Ministry spokesperson Dr Jageshwor Gaut informed that the number of infected people in Nepal has reached 10,099 including 538 added. Another 76 people were discharged after treatment on Tuesday.
Including this, the number of discharges has reached 2224. According to spokesperson Dr Gautam, the infection has been seen in 76 districts of the country except Rasuwa so far. Similarly, a man from Dailekh Dulla died due to corona.
Spokesperson Gautam said that a 45-year-old man from Dailekh-3 Dullu died due to corona and the number of deaths due to corona in Nepal has reached 24.
According to the ministry, 186,366 tests have been conducted through PCR method and more than 271,000 tests have been done through RDT method so far. Similarly, 7,851 people are currently in isolation, according to the ministry.
