The government's goal is to prevent any loss of life in Nepal
The government has stated that no deaths will be reported in Nepal due to the corona virus.
Presenting the policy and program at a joint sitting of the federal parliament on Friday, President Bidhya Devi Bhandari said that the government was determined to prevent the death of Covid 19.
For that, the government will expand the testing of corona infection, provide adequate medical equipment and doctors, and mobilize adequate health workers, said President Bhandari.
She informed that the association has a policy to build a state-of-the-art 300-bed hospital. She said that a contagious disease hospital would be built in the union and the state. Similarly, five to 15 bed hospitals will be constructed at all local levels. She also said that the government has a policy to upgrade every hospital.
She said that NCDC will be established with the main responsibility of epidemic control and disease control.
