Corona test in Surkhet
Now the test of corona in Karnali is going to be intensified.
Two more machines have been brought to Karnali to test the corona virus (Covid-19) sample and now the testing will be intensified. A team of experts and medical supplies including real-time PCR machines sent by the central government were brought to Surkhet by helicopter and plane on Thursday.
The machines brought to Karnali will be kept in Surkhet and Jumla. Additional machines have been brought to Surkhet after the swab test was delayed. Earlier, only 15 people were being swab tested daily by the machine in the laboratory of Karnali State Hospital.
The machine brought to Surkhet will be brought into operation by keeping it in the building of Livestock Disease Investigation Laboratory. According to Karnali Social Development Minister Dal Rawal, the machine will be able to test the swabs of 96 people at a time.
