On the 6th of March, a cremation ceremony was held in China. Pema Yudron’s cremation was preceded by Dudjom Rinpoche. Cremation was accompanied by Natural signs.
The sublime dakini Pema Yudron is the daughter of Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorje and Tseten Yudron. She was born in 1935 in the hidden lands.
From the young age, she was naturally endowed with uncontrived faith, great insight, and compassion. Beautiful and gentle, she was renowned for having all the characteristics of a Dakini from an excellent and pure class.
Pema Yudron’s Cremation took place in the autonomous land of Tibet. She is the daughter of HH Dudjom Rinpoche and the youngest sister of HH Thinley Norbu Rinpoche.
At Lama Ling Namdrol Choling in Kongpo, she completed her training in reading, writing, and more with Doring Tulku Rinpoche and Choktrul Orstven Chemchok and others.
At age of 12, Dzongzar Jamyang Khyentse Chokyi Lodro recognized her as an emanation of the wisdom Dakini Vajra Varahi. She studied and reflected upon the meaning of the empowerment and teachings together with the pith upadesa instructions she received from her father and root teacher Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche.
She spent time in Nepal. Then for the entirety of her life, contented with little, she lived as a great hidden yogi focused on the practice of the natural state. Overall of this time, none ever heard her argue or raise her voice at anyone.
She was always kind and smiling. She would quietly practice every minute she could and her calm and loving presence was an inspiration to everyone who knew her.
Khandro Semo Pema Yudrö later resided at her home at Lamaling, Kongpo, Tibet. Lamaling is formerly the seat of late H. H. Dudjom Rinpoche. Semo Pema Yudrö along with her husband rebuilt the temple Lama Ling (bla ma gling phyag 'debs ma).
Lama Ling Gonpa was destroyed by an earthquake in 1930. Before construction was finished, Dudjom Rinpoche gave away the construction funds to the local people seeing the need for local homeless that were destroyed by the calamity.
On March 9th, 2021, in the early morning she advised those around her, "Don't worry or feel disappointed that there is no need to search for, investigate, or identify my next life.
All of you who are connected should meditate upon and recite the mantra of the lama as the wisdom Dakini and try as much as you can to practice virtuously, keeping the motivation of the bodhicitta." Then, at 6:20 am her wisdom mind dissolved into the pure expanse of ultimate reality as she lay in the sleeping lion's position.
It is with deep sorrow that we have heard of the parinirvana of Semo Pema Yudron-la aka Lotus of Turquoise Light. Semo Pema Yudron-la was HH Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorje Rinpoche's daughter and Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche’s sister. She is an authentic Dakini.
In Fantasy History, Dungse rinpoche writes, “She looked like an angel princess just descending from heaven. I thought that if the drought of human ageing did not exist, she would always be every hero’s heart-thief”.
On April 6th, 2021, the twenty-fifth day of the second Tibetan month, Dudjom Rinpoche III Sangye Pema Shepa and Dola Choktrul Yangsi Rinpoche presided over her cremation at Xie Wu Monastery.
All students and centres connected with faith and devotion were requested to recite the one-hundred syllable mantra, the prayer of the Glorious Copper-Colored Mountain written by the previous Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche. Additional
