Demonstrations have been staged against Prime Minister alleging that parliament has been dissolved unconstitutionally.
On Sunday, a symbolic demonstration was staged at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu against the move of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to dissolve parliament organized by CPN-Prachanda-affiliated student organization ANNISU.
Protest marched from Thapathali Engineering Campus to Maitighar Mandal. The idol of Prime Minister Oli was made in Bailgada and cremated. Police had intervened in the process.
They have staged a demonstration in Bailgada, mocking Prime Minister Oli's statement that coming to the republic in Jana Andolan-2 is like reaching the United States in a Bailgada.
