A no-confidence motion has been filed against Bagmati Chief Minister Dormani Poudel. Forty-five lawmakers from the CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group have filed a no-confidence motion in the state assembly.
Shalikram Jammarkattel has proposed Poudel and Ashtalakshmi Shakya as the Chief Minister on the motion of no-confidence. Earlier, three ministers in the government had resigned.
Minister for Internal Affairs Shalikram Jammarkattel, Minister for Industry Arun Nepal and Minister for Social Development Yuvraj Dulal have resigned.
