Newly appointed Minister for Drinking Water Mani Thapa says that the government will go to the polls for permanent government election
Newly appointed Minister for Drinking Water Mani Thapa has said that the government has decided to go for referendum for permanent government election.
Taking office at Singha Durbar on Sunday, Minister Thapa said that the only focus of the government was the election of the House of Representatives.
Minister Thapa insisted on making visible changes in the drinking water and sanitation sector. Stating that he will work with the staff as long as he is in the ministry, he mentioned that there will be no pressure from him.
Assuming the responsibility of the minister, Thapa had signed the decision to study the condition of drinking water and sanitation in 77 districts across the country.
