Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's move to dissolve the House of Representatives has been declared unconstitutional by the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal Saptari also staged a protest demanding to take back the unconstitutional step.
