Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that party is united in the demonstration for the restoration of the monarchy and Hindu kingdom.
Speaking at a program organized at the party office in Chabahil Kathmandu on Monday to unveil the party's flag and election symbol, Thapa said that they were united in the spontaneous movement across the country.
He opined that the reaction of the former king to the pro-monarchy movement had increased the faith and trust of the people in the monarchy.
Stating that the people want change in the current situation, he said that the people should bring the king and save the country together with the king and the people.
Chairman Thapa also urged the supporters of the monarchy and Hindu kingdom to unite under the leadership of RPP.
Similarly, RPP Chairman Pashupati Shamsher Rana accused the current government, which has a two-thirds majority, of moving in a directionless path. He mentioned that RPP is committed to broaden the voice of the people.
Similarly, another chairperson of RPP, Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani, said that RPP would bring the movement for the restoration of monarchy and Hindu Rashtra to a conclusion.
Other speakers at the event said that the nationwide movement for the restoration of the monarchy and Hindu kingdom was natural in this situation and needed to be concluded.
