Health workers and employees of the Civil Servants Hospital in Baneshwor, Kathmandu have warned that agitation will intensify if their demands are not met.

The health workers of the hospital had been holding black banners in front of the hospital for 15 days and now they have been protesting with black bandages on their hands and protesting in front of the hospital for 15 minutes a day.

Association president Santosh Dhimal said that there was a compelling situation to agitate at the present time. Chairman Dhimal said that they had to agitate as there was no hearing on their demands.

Chairman Dhimal complained that he had put his demands before the management of the hospital for the past two years but no solution has been found so far. Chairman Dhimal said that despite the agitation, the first priority was to check the sick.
