Private air service provider Buddha Air is preparing to start domestic flights so that the corona infection does not spread from one person to another for safe flight.
Buddha Air on Thursday conducted a dummy flight at Tribhuvan International Airport for Pokhara and Biratnagar as per the action plan prepared to prevent the spread of corona infection.
For dummy flights, passengers are required to board an internal departure point, The plane was safely flown from the boarding room. Similarly, passengers were safely flown to the plane and necessary safety cover was provided to avoid corona infection while staying inside the plane.
Birendra Bahadur Basnet, managing director of Buddha Air, said that the flight will be transmitted from one passenger to another in the next 40 days. Buddha Air is preparing to operate 4 flights in an hour.
In addition, Buddha Air will also disinfect the ship after each flight. Basnet said that the government has decided to resume the banned domestic flights and the domestic flights will be operated safely.
Buddha Air has also stated that it will fully comply with the safety guidelines of Covid-19 prepared by the company and the safety standards issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal for the passengers arriving at the airport. Buddha said that all the employees have been called for the operation.
