The lawmakers said that India was preparing to operate traffic on the road built by encroaching on Nepali land Lipulek and demanded to take initiative to stop it.

During the zero hour of the House of Representatives on Sunday, CPN (Maoist) MP Virodh Khatiwada said that India was going to operate traffic to Mansarovar through the area and that it should be stopped anyway.

He said that the government should take initiative to stop road transport in time as other physical infrastructures would be constructed there.

MP Binakumari Shrestha stressed that the decision of the Nepali Congress to stand for nationalism was positive and stressed on the need for the parties in the parliament to move forward unitedly.

MP Lal Babu Pandit accused the local level of failing to manage the quarantine and demanded more assistance from the federal government.

MP Shanta Chaudhary said that the Rukum incident, which ended in death due to love, was criminal and demanded action against the culprit.

MP Satyanarayana Sharma Khanal drew the attention of the government to increase the scope of testing for controlling the corona epidemic and make arrangements for health supplies in the concerned areas.
