Trump writes to WHO chief with timeline for improvement
US President Donald Trump has written to the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) with a timeline for amend within a month. He warned of detailed reforms or the permanent loss of US membership.
President Trump sent a letter to Chief Tedros Adnom Gabres on Monday questioning the World Health Organization's accountability for corona prevention since December. In his letter, he accused the health organization of failing to act independently due to pressure.
Trump said in his letter that the World Health Organization had delayed declaring a global state of emergency, and had committed itself to international coordination.
