Present the policy and program of the Government of Nepal for the Fiscal Year
President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has presented the policy and program of the Government of Nepal for the coming Fiscal Year in the joint sitting of the Federal Parliament.
She presented the government's policy and program in a joint sitting of both the houses of the federal parliament.
Earlier, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli handed over a copy of the Government of Nepal's policy and program for the coming fiscal year to President Bhandari.
As per the constitution, the budget for the coming fiscal year will be presented on May 30 every year, so it is customary to present the policy and program two weeks before that.
Earlier, the pre-budget has been discussed in the parliament.
