Problem Identification: According to the census of the Government of Nepal, total population of Buddhists in Nepal is only 24,4250, which confirms the lack of development of Buddhist teachings in Buddhist lands of Nepal. In such a situation, it is considered that there is a lack of manpower for preaching Buddhist teachings, philosophies and ideology. Therefore, it is a shame not being able to make good use of 25 % population and basic rights of education. Apart from Europe, USA, Nepal and some other countries, most of the Asian countries have made Buddhist education a subject of study in universities, schools, colleges and a source of great income. Therefore, without programs like Dharma Awards, national fundamental basis of economic development, educational and cultural development will become inactive and various problems may arise from it.

Also activities related to Buddhism and its philosophy still very rare worldwide thus, it is the duty of any patriotic citizen to support this program of national pride financially, materially or morally from personal, institutional, government official, body or ministries.
